How It Works

Because it’s a managed service, you don’t need to change or open ports, configure IP addresses or deploy additional hardware or software. Users simply log in to the GoToMyPC Corporate website and authenticate via login and password. They are then presented with a list of all active PCs available and ready for connection. Only the PCs authorized by your IT administrator and assigned to the respective users are shown. Once users make their selection and authenticate with a second password unique to their PC, they’re granted access and can use and control their remote desktops as if actually sitting in front of them.
